Every boat has a galley that is fully equipped with all the necessary items to make delicious meals onboard and some ability to store leftovers. San Juan Sailing/Yachting provides the items listed below for each charter.

What we provide

Below is a sample provisioing list for 7 days and 6 nights on the water (assuming 1 dinner eaten ashore). However, if you need to restock, there are several markets in the islands. For those who prefer to eat on shore there are also many restaurant options available.

*note for charters going into Canada: You will not want to buy apples, potatoes, peaches, nectarines, or any other pitted fruit if going into Canada right away. You will need to turn the above items (or their pits in a plastic bag) in at Customs.
