Arriving Early?

If you arrive in Bellingham early, there are plenty of things to do and places to explore in the local area. Bellingham offers beautiful parks such as Whatcom Falls, Cornwall Park, Larrabee State Park, ect. Walking and biking trails, shopping (downtown and in Fairhaven), dining and many breweries. If you would like to go for a scenic drive, we would recommend Chuckanut Drive (winds along the waterfront from Bellingham to Skagit Valley) or Highway 542 to Mt. Baker Ski Area (home to stunning hiking trails in the summer). The rich agricultural valley north of Bellingham is home to fames both larg and small that produce apples, berries, vegetables and dairy products, plus several wineries, cideries and distilleries.
